General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions (henceforth: the Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and NanaRoom (Reg. No. 53060229J) (henceforth: NanaRoom; may be referred to as “us” and “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed on NanaRoom website nanaroom.co, and orders made by e-mail with NanaRoom’s Customer Service team (henceforth together: the “Website”). Please note that NanaRoom does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. NanaRoom reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older. NanaRoom reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version.
Language
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
Product Images
All our images are copyrighted. Please do not use any of our images without our permission.
NanaRoom makes every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on our Web site. However, color may appear slightly different in reality due to lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products.
Defective/Incorrect Items
This is a very rare situation but we sincerely apologized if you have received a defected/ incorrect item from us.
For defective item, please kindly email us at info@nanaroom.co with your order number and a photograph of the defect area. We will be in touch with you on the next steps to take once we assess the defect.
Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective/ incorrect for Singapore Orders Only.
All defective/ incorrect items are to reach us within 14 days of dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self collection orders), or within 21 days for international orders.
Items must be returned in their original condition (label tags in tact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
A replacement item (same design) will be provided for defective/incorrect returns. However, if a replacement is no longer in stock, a store credit e-voucher valid for 180 days will be provided.
THE FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A DEFECTIVE ITEM
As stated on the given measurement, it will have a slight difference within 0.5-"1.0" and this is not considered as a defect item.
Colours shown may be slightly different on screens as different devices have different colour resolutions. As such colours may be portrayed with slightly differences to the human eyes (and under different lighting)
Delivery Information
Orders will be mailed 2-3 days from the date of purchase.
Do note that it does not include public holidays. Orders will be mailed out on the next working day if a public holiday falls on the specified delivery date.
All parcels are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.
You will be notified through email once your item(s) has been mailed out.
Order and Payment
You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders.
*All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
NanaRoom reserves all rights to refuse or cancel a transaction at our sole discretion; correct any errors, inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, regardless of whether the order has been submitted.
Payment
We accept payment throught Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
All prices listed on the Site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and charged in Singapore Dollar. Your credit card company determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.
NanaRooom reserves all rights to make changes to pricing and specifications with prior notice.
Lastly, we reserve the right to amend and update our Terms and Conditions whenever we deem fit. All changes to our Terms and Conditions will be made here, and your continued use of the Site indicates your consent and acknowledgement to the Terms and Conditions as posted.
