RETURN/EXCHANGE

Return/exchange will only allowed one time per purchase across all reasons.

Sale items are strictly no return and no refund.

Refund is not acceptable. All return/exchange will be transferred to a store credit e-voucher via email. For more information please click here.

All return/exchange items have to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their new original condition with all attached tags and packaging.

 

Nanaroom has a 14- day return policy : you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return centre for a refund(Store credit) or exchange.

NANAROOM is not financial responsible for shipping charges on return/exchange. For more information please refer to here.

 

All items that have used discount codes at check out are non eligible for return/exchange.

We will include the Return/Exchange Form on all orders except for SALE items. We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, does not meet our return policy standards OR after the stipulated return period.

 

We are not responsible for lost packages and all sales items are not eligible for exchange/return.

 

Return credits are valid for 90 days and strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Return credits can only be utilized in a single transaction and any balance amount will not refunded.

HOW TO RETURN

To proceed for a return, please notify us via email at info@nanaroom.co to check if the item is valid for return. To process a refund in store credits, we require the receipt of purchase. Attached in your parcel, you should have received a receipt/exchange form. To process your refunds, please mail your return item(s) together with your receipt/exchange form back to us. 

Please return the item(s) via a traceable mode of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If your item is approved, your refund will be processed, and store credit e-voucher will be sending to you via email within 14 days.


Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item.

Return/exchange item(s) are to reach us within 14 days of dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self collection orders), or within 21 days for international orders. 

We will not be responsible for any lost mail send back through non-traceable mailing options.

We reserve the rights to reject any returns with no Return Form enclosed, does not meet our return policy standards OR after the stipulated return period.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED

Your return parcel will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving. You will receive an email once we have processed your return with your Store Credit information.
